Some NBA scouts like the ball-handling skills of Texas junior G J-Covan Brown so much that they believe he could climb from a mid-second round pick into the first round. Brown announced Monday he would forego his senior season at Texas and enter the NBA Draft. "I'm ridiculously impressed with Brown's point-guard skills," said one NBA scout, who compared Brown to LA Clippers' guard Mo Williams. “He reads the floor well and really competes. The problem with him is he lives on the edge emotionally. He wants it to be too much about him.”
