Kent State's Christian agrees to become TCU coach

Presented by Epson

Kent State coach Jim Christian has agreed in principle to be the next coach at TCU, a source told CBSSports.com on Friday night.

An official announcement is expected soon.

Christian replaced Stan Heath in 2002 and led Kent State to six consecutive 20-win seasons.

At TCU, Christian will replace Neil Dougherty.
