Duke-UNC: It's Laettner, Hill and Hurley vs. May, Worthy and M.J.

  •

It seems like forever since there has been a Duke-North Carolina game that didn't involve Greg Paulus and Tyler Hansbrough, but those current standouts weren't eligible for their schools' rosters in the CBSSports.com National Champions All-Stars Bracket because neither has won a national title. This is good news for Duke fans, I think, because the Blue Devils are 2-4 against North Carolina during the Hansbrough-Paulus era.

Want more good news, Duke fans?

Grant Hill is back (before his surgeries)!
And Christian Laettner (before his attempt to buy the Grizzlies)!
And Bobby Hurley and Jason Williams (before their truck and motorcycle crashes)!

Joining them on the Duke roster are Shane Battier and Carlos Boozer, and that's not a terrible team. I'd feel comfortable making the Blue Devils an obvious favorite if not for this dude on the other side named Michael Jordan, who I'm told is pretty good and has the ability to sink clutch shots to win titles, if it comes to that.

Either way, it's up to you.

Smith or Krzyzewski? Jordan or Williams? May or Laettner? Worthy or Hill?

Pick the winner and vote. Voting closes July 15 at 3 p.m. ET.

The results will be announced the following day.
