Longtime Youngstown State coach Rosselli dies at 93

CLEVELAND -- Dom Rosselli, the winningest basketball and baseball coach at Youngstown State, has died. He was 93.

The university says Rosselli died Tuesday morning.

Rosselli totaled 1,000 career wins in the two sports over 38 years. He also served as an assistant football coach for 21 years.

Ohio State football coach Jim Tressel said Rosselli will be missed because he affected so many lives. Tressel coached Youngstown State for 15 years before moving to the Buckeyes.

Rosselli is survived by his wife, Connie, four children and several grandchildren.
