Wichita State coach agrees to contract extension

WICHITA, Kan. -- Wichita State coach Gregg Marshall has agreed to a one-year contract extension.

Athletic director Eric Sexton announced in a release Monday that Marshall's contract has been extended through April 15, 2015.

The Shockers went 17-17 last season, an improvement from their 11-20 record in Marshall's first year.
