Great Alaska Shootout announces field for 2010 tourney
ANCHORAGE, Alaska -- Arizona State and St. Johns will be on the basketball court for the 2010 Carrs/Safeway Great Alaska Shootout.
Steve Cobb, athletic director for tournament host Alaska-Anchorage, says the Thanksgiving week field also will include Ball State, Drake, Houston Baptist, Southern Utah and Weber State.
The tournament is scheduled for Nov. 24-27.
The four-team women's tournament, which begins Nov. 23, will include Kent State, San Jose State, Washington and host Alaska-Anchorage.
