Texas F Wangmene's suspension to be two games

CBSSports.com wire reports

AUSTIN, Texas -- Texas coach Rick Barnes says forward Alexis Wangmene's suspension will end Saturday after the game against Colorado.

Wangmene was arrested on a drunken-driving charge early Sunday morning and did not play in No. 5 Texas' victory against Iowa State on Wednesday night. Barnes said Thursday that Wangmene was embarrassed and apologized to his teammates.

Texas will play Kansas State on Monday night.

Wangmene has played in 27 games and is averaging 2.4 points and 2.4 rebounds for the Longhorns (24-4), who are in first place in the Big 12.
