Northern Iowa beats Saint Mary's 82-75


CEDAR FALLS, Iowa (AP) - Seth Tuttle scored 18 points to lead Northern Iowa to an 82-75 victory over Saint Mary's on Sunday.

Jake Koch added 16 points and nine rebounds for the Panthers (7-5), who have won 11 in a row at home.

Anthony James scored 15 points and Deon Mitchell added 12 points for Northern Iowa. The Panthers took the lead for good just before halftime when Marc Sonnen made a 3-pointer to help UNI take a 32-29 lead into the break.

Jorden Page led all scorers with 26 points for the Gaels (8-3), who had won four in a row.

The game was originally scheduled for Saturday but Saint Mary's was delayed in arriving in Iowa due to the winter storm.
