NEW ORLEANS (AP) - Lovell Cook had 19 points and freshman Kevin Hill came off the bench to post his first-career double-double to help New Orleans breeze past Champion Baptist 87-50 Saturday and snap a six-game losing streak.

Hill, who played just 13 minutes, finished with 10 points and 12 boards, Rarlensee Nelson tallied 12 points to go with nine assists, Tommy Hobbs chipped in 10, and Cory Dixon grabbed a game-high 13 rebounds for New Orleans, which pulled down 57 rebounds - six short of its season high.

New Orleans outscored Champion Baptist 18-6 over the game's first 10 minutes and took a 31-12 lead behind a layup from Cook with just under 5 minutes left in the first half.

The Privateers (4-11) had 11 players log over 10 minutes.

Brandon Likins had 27 points and 10 rebounds for the Tigers (4-18), who never got any closer than 16 in the second half.
