ORONO, Maine (AP) Mark Flavin led four players in double figures with 21 points Sunday as Maine beat Vermont 87-66 in the regular season finale.

Maine (13-14, 8-10 America East) started the second half with an 11-0 run to build on a 39-31 halftime lead and led by double digits the rest of the way.

The Black Bears shot 62 percent from the floor in the second half and made 11-22 three-pointers in the game.

Vermont (21-6, 16-2 America East) was without its top two scorers, Taylor Coppenrath, who averaged 24.7 points per game, and T.J. Sorrentine, who averaged 18.5 but sat out with injuries.

Maine's Joe Campbell scored 12 of his 16 points in the second half. Kevin Reed added 17 points for the Black Bears, including five three-pointers, and Jason Hight chipped in 11.

Vermont was led Kyle Cieplickis 14 points. Ryan Scheider went for 10.
