Paul Pierce entertained 10 college guards and 17 elite high school guards the last three days of June at Brandeis University at the Paul Pierce Skills Academy. PC Gets Verbal Commitment from Gerard Coleman

This is big. Keno and his staff, Pat Skerry, Chris Davis and Rodell Davis, are doing a great job recruiting talent. Coleman will come in for the 2010-11 season.

Coleman is the highest-rated recruit Davis has signed in his one-plus year at PC. None of the seven incoming recruits in the class of 2009 were ranked as high. ...(more)

I Was Wrong, But That's OK

I take back all of my statements about the selection committee. They got it right and I was wrong, very wrong. This team did not deserve to be in the tournament and did not deserve a higher seed in the NIT. Now that I admitted my mistake and stated the obvious, it is time to say good bye to a nice group of kids.
