Eagles report: Notes, quotes
--With a loss to Holy Cross on Feb. 20, and with Bucknell beating Colgate that day, the Bison clinched the No. 1 seed for the Patriot League tournament, and American secured the No. 2 seed. The Eagles would play all games at home unless they meet Bucknell in the final.
The Eagles have finished in the top four of the regular-season conference standings each year since joining the league in 2001-02 and have advanced to the tournament semifinals every year.
--Vlad Moldoveanu 13 of 15 foul shots in American's Feb. 20 win over Holy Cross. For the season, he was making 83.3 percent from the free-throw line.
