FUTURES MARKET
Sophomore F Hollis Thompson, starting in place of injured G Chris Wright, was one of the few Georgetown players who didn't struggle against Cincinnati March 5. He finished with 12 points on 5-of-8 shooting. Thompson was the only Hoya besides G Austin Freeman to finish in double figures.
PLAYER NOTES
--Senior G Chris Wright injured his left hand against Cincinnati on Feb. 23, and he didn't play again in the regular season. The coaching staff was hoping that he'd be back by the opening round of the NCAA Tournament.
--Senior F Julian Vaughn is happy to have seen the last of Cincinnati. He went scoreless in 16 minutes of the March 5 contest, and in the two Georgetown games with the Bearcats this season, Vaughn went a combined 1-for-13 from the field.
