IN FOCUS
Big men Magnum Rolle (6-foot-11) and Kenneth Cooper (6-10) will have their hands full trying to handle the size of UCLA on Dec. 28. While the Bruins don't have any 7-footers, UCLA does have seven players on its roster listed as 6-8 or taller, and coach Ben Howland always brings a physical brand of basketball.

ROSTER REPORT

--Through Dec. 14, G Jamel Guyton and G Kyle Gibson were ranked No. 2 and No. 3, respectively, in the WAC in three-point field goals made per game (2.50 per game and 2.25 per game). They also both rank in the top four in the WAC in three-point field goal percentage.

--Louisiana Tech is 3-0 against area rivals this season with two wins over Grambling State and a win over Louisiana-Monroe. "It means a lot," guard Kyle Gibson told the Shreveport Times. "Even though I'm not from around here, with the local schools, you run into the players at the mall and other places."

--G Kyle Gibson was been held under double-digit scoring just once through Dec. 14. His 16 points per game in that time was good for a tie for sixth-best in the WAC.
