From the COLUMBUS DISPATCH.... Could Kentucky become a fixture on the Ohio State men's basketball schedule?
New Wildcats coach John Calipari likes the idea. This week, he said he covets high-profile, neutral-court games and that he has already talked to Ohio State.
"I've talked to Kansas about playing in St. Louis in the big stadium," Calipari sa

(POLL)
This is a poll/thread. I think they should make a college head coach game like in the nfl. You plan games and practices. You recruit and you hire and fire assitent coahes. You can't forget coaching games which is a big part. You pick your look and your outfit for practice games and office. Although you need a more flexible planning than in the NFL and you'll be able to because

November can't get here soon enough. Who is your favorite to win the conference this year? Mine is Ohio State. With Turner, lighty and the rest of the buckeyes, this should be a deep team which will contend with Purdue and Michigan. My top 3 are OSU, Purdue, Michigan.

Well, we lost Mullens, which isn't a huge loss, but its certainly not addition by subtraction. We'll lose his inside presence, and he'll be replaced by Zisis Sarikopoulos, another 7 foot center who supposedly is considerably worse than Mullens was. However, we add Lighty back into the mix and a seasoned group of veterans who will be playing together for a third straight ye

Cameron Wright from Benedictine will no longer be a part of the 2010 stellar recruiting class.
He has decided to look elsewhere after the team fizzled on him after assistant John Groce went to OU.
This opens up a scholarship, but I was looking forward to him joining the team, he reminded me alot of David Lighty.

Evan Turner has been chosen one of 12 players to represent the US in the 2009 World University Games. The team will be coached by Wisconsin coach Bo Ryan. Practices start immediately, and the tourney will be played in Russia from July 2 - July 11.
Great news for Evan, hopefully he will work on cutting down his turnovers without sacrificing agressiven

Congrats to Xavier, Cleveland St., and Akron, the ONLY Ohio teams who EARNED their place in the tourney. Suckeye fans don't recognize any teams outside of Columbus, so one of the few winners from the State of losers, of course me, has to.
It's easy to see that just like football, the committee shows preferences to teams like the Suckeyes. And given your lack of intellig

The joke is he thinks he is reay for the NBA!!!!! He isnt even ready to start in the Big 10......Hey Thad, please start bringing in players that will commit to at least 3 years.....thats the reason North Carolina, Duke and teams like Uconn are always good...there players dont leave after 1 season (Oden,Conley,Cooke, probaly Mullens) Oden is terrible, Conley is avera

As a student at The Ohio State University, I had the chance to go to the Ohio State vs. Siena basketball game last night. On the drive back to Columbus, I was frustrated with many things. One was the way Ohio State played, the next was the way the game was officiated, and then I realized my real frustration stemmed from some of the non-student Ohio State University "fans&

after hearing about mullens prematurely leaving for the NBA I wanted to look at the incoming recruiting classes to see if Thad had more 1-and-done players or guys that will stay w/ the program. It does look better in the future. For those of you who don't know, the 2010 class is currently headlined by two five-star big men named Jared Sullinger and DeShaun Thomas. They are ranked just as high or h

With Sean Miller leaving Xavier to go to Zona Northland recruit J.D. Weatherspoon said he is de-committing to Xavier. I wonder who will end up getting him?
