Aaron Wade and Jejuan Plair are the lone seniors to start for the Bearkats. Wade, Plair and junior Ryan Bright are all averaging double-digit points, while Bright leads the team in rebounding (8.0 rebounds per game).
At 77.6 points per game, Sam Houston State is one of the top-scoring teams in the SLC, but has been dogged all year with weak late-game performances. If Bob Marlin can manage to spread out the lineup to an eight or nine man rotation, the Bearkats shouldn't continue to run out of gas like they have many times this year.
Usual staters, F Reggie Rawlins, F Ryan Bright, G Shamir McDaniel, G Jejuan Plair, F Aaron Wade. Key subs -- G Jeremy Thomas, F C.J. Hadley.

at UC Irvine, Saturday Dec. 16
at UCLA, Tuesday, Dec. 19
vs. Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Friday, Dec. 22
UC Irvine has a win over a quality South Carolina team on its resume, but nothing can prepare the Bearkats for a road game against the top-ranked team in the country. Wisconsin-Milwaukee should prove to be a nice change of pace after the Bearkats return from California.
Sam Houston State is second in the SLC in scoring offense at 79.2 points per game. Ashton Mitchell is the only freshman to get significant playing time for the Bearkats this year, averaging 3.8 points in 11.6 minutes per game.
