New workout regimen challenges players

The new offseason conditioning program has put players to the test through the first five weeks, said Mickey Marotti, assistant AD for sports performance who worked for coach Urban Meyer at Florida. Marotti brought with him a hybrid system that emphasizes competitive excellence. “It's all about competing on a daily basis, and they've been great,” he said.
