Miles: DC Chavis had plenty of chances to leave LSU

John Chavis has had opportunities to leave LSU since becoming DC after the 2008 season when he left Tennessee following 14 years as DC there. "He's turned down opportunities," coach Les Miles said. "He could easily be at any number of places in the SEC as the defensive coordinator for a huge raise."
