Baylor suspends defensive end Tevin Elliott

By Tom Fornelli | College Football Writer
Baylor announced on Friday that Tevin Elliott would be suspended indefinitely for a violation of team policy.

Head coach Art Briles made the announcement but gave no further comment about the suspension.

Elliott, a sophomore from Mount Pleasant, Texas, had played two seasons for Baylor, amassing 63 total tackles in that time.

He did not participate in any of the practices Baylor had this spring and missed Baylor's Alamo Bowl victory over Washington due to a knee injury.
