PHOTOS: Boise State's Black Out uniforms

By Tom Fornelli | College Football Writer

Boise State has long been known for two things: busting BCS teams and the color blue. Blue turf and blue uniforms worked so well as camouflage, the Mountain West actually made it against the rules for the Broncos to wear them during home conference games.

Well, for one week at least, Boise State is eschewing the blue for black. The Broncos are having a "Black Out" this Saturday against UNLV, and the school released some photos of the uniforms they'll be wearing.

Now, I'm not a fashion expert or anything, but I have been forced to watch a few episodes of "Project Runway" in my time. So, using what I learned in those few hours of television, I'm going to give these Boise State uniforms a thumbs up.

Black is good.
