|Mack Brown finds this post disrespectful. (US Presswire)|
On Saturday, Texas was able to pick up a much-needed victory over Texas Tech to improve to 7-2 this season. So, of course, on Monday, coach Mack Brown is going to want to talk about how happy he is with his team's performance and about how the Longhorns can finish strong, right?
"The horns down is disrespectful," Mack Brown said. "We ought to talk about that as a league." #ut— kbohls (@kbohls) November 5, 2012
Yes, it seems Brown isn't a fan of opponents making the "Horns down" symbol while celebrating against Texas.
But that's not the only thing about college football that Mack finds disrespectful these days. So we made a list for you.
-- AJ McCarron crying in front of Nick Saban was disrepectful. McCarron should know that as a robot, Saban is incapable of feeling human emotions. The SEC should talk about that as a league.
-- Zach Mettenberger throwing for nearly 300 yards against the Alabama defense on Saturday night was disrespectful. That Alabama defense is one of the best in the world, Mettenberger had no right to treat it that way. The SEC should talk about that as a league too.
-- Kenjon Barner disrespected the art of scoring a touchdown. It's supposed to be hard, but Barner made it look way too easy on Saturday night. The Pac-12 should talk about that as a league.
-- Colorado is disrespectul of the great game of college football. Have you seen the Buffaloes play? The Pac-12 should talk about that as a league as well.
-- Two-point conversions. You've already scored six points, now you have to rub it in your opponent's face with two more? The NCAA should talk about that.
-- Pittsburgh disrespected Notre Dame. It's Pittsburgh. What right does Pittsburgh have to take Notre Dame to triple-overtime and give all those wonderful people such a fright? The Big East or ACC or somebody should talk to them about that.
-- Ohio State is disrespecting the difficulty of going undefeated. The Buckeyes aren't allowed to play in the postseason, so they shouldn't be any good in the regular season. The Big Ten should talk about that as a league.
-- Beating Texas is disrespectful. It's the most profitable football program in the country. You shouldn't beat it at football. The Big 12 should talk about that as a league.
