PHOTO: Snow falls at Pinstripe Bowl

By Jerry Hinnen | College Football Writer

The Pinstripe Bowl already promised to be one of the day's most interesting games thanks to two high-powered offenses in West Virginia and Syracuse, the Yankee Stadium setting, and the matchup of two old Big East rivals either in or headed to other leagues.

But the elements may turn it into something even more memorable. From the Twitter feed of the NFL Network's Daniel Jeremiah:

The 2000 Independence Bowl says you're doing it very, very right, Pinstripe. The snow may not be quite as much of a factor come gametime as it appears in the above photo, but any time snow is a factor at all, college football fans will need to tune in.
