How windy is it in El Paso for Sun Bowl? Ask Georgia Tech's flag guy

By Chris Huston | College Football Writer

Weather plays a big role in games this time of year and the effects of the wind in El Paso were clearly visible at Sun Bowl Stadium before USC and Georgia Tech squared off Monday.

Gusts of up to 40 mph didn't just affect the game being played on the field, but also the spirit squads. Check out this Georgia Tech cheerleader struggling while carrying his school's rather large flag just before kickoff.

That just might be the most impressive display of power-running we see all day.
