Two Alabama reserve linebackers have been sent home from BCS title game preparations due to violation of team curfews, according to at least two reports.

"We sent two players home due to a curfew violation," Saban said in a statement.

Alabama would not confirm the names of the players, but the school's student newspaper, The Crimson White, reported that freshmen Dillon Lee and Ryan Anderson were the players in question.

Lee played in eight games for the Crimson Tide and recorded one tackle and an interception. Anderson has yet to see the field for Bama.

The BCS title game between Alabama and Notre Dame takes place on Monday in Miami.
