Missouri and Arkansas State have agreed to a home-and-home series to begin in 2013, the schools announced on Wednesday.

The Red Wolves will travel to Columbia on Sept. 28 for the first game in the series, while the Tigers will head to Jonesboro in 2015.

"We're very pleased to finish out our 2013 schedule with a quality opponent such as Arkansas State," said Missouri associate director of athletics Bryan Maggard. "Due to recent changes in the Sun Belt Conference, we were able to secure this game, and we appreciate the efforts of Arkansas State's administration in making this happen."

Arkansas State went 10-3 in 2012 and won the Sun Belt championship in its only season under Gus Malzahn, who then returned to Auburn as head coach. Missouri went 5-7 in its first season in the SEC. The two schools have met twice before, with the Tigers winning both times, most recently in 2005.
