The once-vaunted USC recruiting class continues to hemorrhage as four-star Houston defensive end Torrodney Prevot has selected Oregon on Signing Day over the Trojans and Texas A&M.

Prevot, a hyper-athletic speed-rusher, committed to USC back in July but started to consider Texas A&M and Oregon after the Trojans stumbled to a 7-6 record.

Prevot officially visited the Ducks and the Aggies in mid-January and then kept a low profile in the recruiting media, leading to considerable conjecture over where he might end up. The signing of end Daeshon Hall by Texas A&M might've been a big factor in Prevot's decision.

He's the third player to decommit from the Trojans in 24 hours, joining top cornerback Jalen Ramsey (Florida State) and fellow end Jason Hatcher (Kentucky). The once-vaunted USC recruiting class, which at one time was ranked No. 1 nationally, is stumbling to the finish line, with just 12 total signees to this point (six of whom are already enrolled).

It's a huge recruiting win for the Ducks and new head coach Mark Helfrich, and it continues Oregon's recent success in signing high-profile Texas prepsters.
