The Eye On College Football Podcast has decided to enter the 2013 NFL Draft -- for an episode, at least.

Former Florida State quarterback EJ Manuel kicks the show off with a quick chat, covering several topics. We discuss the current Florida State quarterback competition, what fans might not realize about the NFL Combine and the best advice that he ever got from Seminoles coach Jimbo Fisher.

EJ is doing some work with EA Sports, helping out with the development of NCAA Football 14. Manuel explained the installation of the read option in the new game, a play that we both agree never worked in older iterations of the NCAA Football series.

After we get some draft predictions from Manuel, Tom Fornelli joins the show to give a college take on the 2013 NFL Draft class. We move position by position, selecting our favorite prospect from each group based mostly on what we witnessed in college. There are some similarities to the opinions of professional scouts, but we also have a few suggestions for teams looking for a late-round steal.
