VIDEO: Gino Torretta throws TD to Andre Johnson in Miami spring game

Bringing back the old timers to participate in spring ball is suddenly all the rage.

It started with former California running back Marshawn Lynch suiting up and scoring a touchdown in his alma mater's spring game. Now, Miami has upped the ante by enlisting the services of 1992 Heisman Trophy winner Gino Torretta and NFL all-pro receiver Andre Johnson during its most recent scrimmage.

The flip-flop wearing Torretta took a snap from former Canes center Brett Romberg and lofted a 45-yard touchdown pass to Johnson, who jogged into the end zone. Of course, the current Miami players weren't actually defending on the play. But the crowd loved it, anyway.
