After a school-record 83,401 fans piled into Jordan-Hare Stadium for Auburn 's A-Day spring game, the players joined in on one final rolling of the historic oak trees at Toomer's Corner. The trees, poisoned in 2010 by Harvey Updyke Jr., will be removed and a new Samford Park will be opened in 2014.

CBS Sports' Tim Brando shared a photo from the scene on Tuesday morning.

The school will not stop the tradition of rolling the corner, just these particular oak trees. Fans will be encouraged to walk down to the corner of College and Magnolia to celebrate by rolling a temporary structure put in place by the university and city. The new Samford Park will include additional trees, placed farther back from the intersection, more seating and a new walkway through the park.

Check out an aerial video from the final rolling of Toomer's Oaks on Saturday and pictures of the new plan for Samford Park below.
