VIDEO: Memphis QB plays piano for leukemia patient singalong

By Jerry Hinnen | College Football Writer

This is the Facebook page "Cheering for Breanna," a rallying point of support for Bree, an 11-year-old cheerleader diagnosed (per the page) diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia in June.

This is the video posted on the page Sunday and filmed at Memphis's St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital. It features Memphis quarterback Jacob Karam -- who according to his bio has played the piano "since kindergarten" -- accompanying Breanna singing the Jessie J. song "Price Tag." And it is terrific, and you should watch it:

Karam, now preparing for his second season as the Memphis starter, was nominated for the Allstate AFCA Good Works team in July. Watching the above, it's not hard to see why.
