Florida State's depth at wide receiver took another hit on Wednesday.

Coach Jimbo Fisher said that receiver Jarred Haggins will "likely miss the regular season" thanks to a stress fracture in his knee. However, the good news for Haggins is that he still has a redshirt season available, so he can return to the Seminoles in 2014.

Haggins missed time last season thanks to a broken hand, and in his Florida State career he's caught only 20 passes. However his absence will hurt a Florida State team that's already lost some talent at receiver this season.

Earlier this month receiver Willie Haulstead was ruled academically ineligible and will miss the entire season. The team also lost Greg Dent to an indefinite suspension after he was arrested for sexual assault.

Both of Florida State's leading receivers from 2012 -- Rashad Greene and Kenny Shaw -- are back, but there are certainly some depth concerns behind them.
