Things aren't going well for Northwestern on the field the past few weeks, but as is often the case, the Wildcats are still doing well in the classroom.

On Thursday the NCAA released its annual graduation success rates, and of all the schools in the FBS, none had a higher success rate than Northwestern's 97 percent. Here's a list of the top 10 schools.

1. Northwestern 97 percent

2. Rice 95 percent

3. Boston College 94 percent

3. Notre Dame 94 percent

5. Air Force 93 percent

5. Stanford 93 percent

7. Duke 92 percent

8. Boise State 91 percent

9. Army 89 percent

10. Miami 86 percent

10. Wake Forest 86 percent

If you're keeping track, the ACC leads the way with four schools in the top 10.

Overall, football players at FBS schools had a graduation success rate of 71 percent.
