State of Ohio avoiding the letter 'M' for Scarlet Letter Saturday

Historic college football rivalries often reach into the world of politics, as leaders have been known to make wagers or issue executive orders in light of an upcoming metting on the gridiron.

Ohio governor John Kasich signed a resolution making Saturday, the day of the Ohio State-Michigan game, "Scarlet Letter Saturday." The resolution encourages all Ohioans to avoid the letter "M" wherever possible.

Check out the resolution below, where even Lieutenant Governor Mary Taylor was willing to strike through the first letter of her name.
