Miami entered the weekend with long odds of winning the ACC Coastal Division, but the Hurricanes did their part to keep those hopes alive with a 41-31 win on the road at Pittsburgh on Friday.

In order to clinch a spot in the ACC Championship Game against Florida State, Miami needs for North Carolina to beat Duke and Virginia to beat Virginia Tech on Saturday. Many Hurricanes fans were hoping for a rematch against the Seminoles after a 41-14 loss in early November, but back-to-back losses against Virginia Tech and Duke hurt Miami's chances of winning potential tiebreaker scenarios.

On the bright side for Miami, the victory wraps up the program's first 9-win season since 2009 and the Hurricanes could finish with a share of the ACC Coastal Division title if North Carolina beats Duke. Now the team will leave Pittsburgh and head back to sunny southern Florida for some scoreboard watching as the Hurricanes become UNC and UVA fans for the weekend.
