The Saban family losing streak does not extend to the justice system.

The Associated Press reports that a lawsuit filed against the daughter of Nick Saban, Kristen Saban, was thrown out by an Alabama judge on Wednesday. The lawsuit was filed against Saban by a sorority sister following a fight between the two.

Sarah Grimes claims that Saban hurt her during a fight after a night of drinking. The fight occurred at Saban's apartment after Kristen posted "no one likes Sarah, yayyyyy!" on her Facebook page. Grimes then demanded Saban remove the post and got in her face, yelling at her. Saban then pushed Grimes and a fight ensued.

Grimes claimed she suffered a concussion and nasal problems that required surgery from the scuffle.

Judge James H. Roberts Jr, of the Tuscaloosa County Circuit Court, cited Alabama's "stand your ground" law saying that the evidence showed Grimes initiated the the fracas, and Saban was justified in shoving her.

The Sabans do not plan to countersue, though Grimes can appeal the decision.
