Keanu Reeves, Sandra Bullock and Rich Rodriguez together in a Speed parody video? You bet it is worth a couple minutes of your time.

But this latest video from the Arizona coaching staff -- check out their Western homage from June 2013 if you haven't yet -- takes a look at the current debate surrounding the 10-second rule proposal meant to slow down offenses in college football.

Citing facts from CFBMatrix's Pace of Play Report, Rodriguez says there is little data to support the player safety argument and suggests that there is a "hidden agenda" among college coaches that want to end the hurry-up offenses.

Some coaches choose to share their pace of play thoughts through press conferences or anonymous quotes to reporters. Rich Rod uses a Speed parody video, and that gets a hat tip from us.
