Well I guess we know what questions Auburn quarterback Nick Marshall will be answering at SEC Media Days, if he's still going that is.

According to a report from, Marshall was cited for "possession of marijuana less than one ounce" on Friday. The report states that Marshall was pulled over in Reynolds, Georgia at 12:48 p.m.. Reynolds is located approximately 90 miles east of Auburn.

Marshall's vehicle was originally pulled over due to a possible window tinting violation, but the officer who pulled Marshall over smelled marijuana and discovered residue in the car. Marshall was then cited, but not arrested.

“I'm aware of the situation that happened earlier today with Nick," said Auburn's Gus Malzahn in a statement. "I'm very disappointed and I will address it with him accordingly.”

How Malzahn plans to address it we shall see. It's possible that Marshall could be suspended for a game or more, and as of right now he is still scheduled to be one of Auburn's player representatives at SEC Media Days next week. That may change as well.

Marshall is considered one of the favorites for the Heisman Trophy in 2014 after a breakout season in 2013 helped lead the Tigers to an SEC title and an appearance in the BCS Championship Game.
