PHOTOS: Notre Dame unveils 2014 uniforms, Shamrock Series alternates

The 2014 season is Notre Dame's first as an Under Armour school, and Tuesday the Irish unveiled their first set of UA-produced uniforms, both the standard home-and-away versions and the annual, controversial (for a given value of "controversial") Shamrock Series alternates.

Despite worries on the part of some Irish fans, though, the home and away looks haven't changed much at all under the new apparel regime. Via the Notre Dame football Facebook page:

Even the Shamrock Series uniform seems on the restrained side by its usual standards:

C'mon, Under Armour: where's the fearlessly gaudy company that churned these out, huh? Let's just check out the Shamrock Series gloves and undershirt ...
