Will Muschamp is in year two at Florida but truly hasn't had a signature, impact recruit despite very good, top 10 recruiting classes. Penn State's future looks bleak as recruiting will slow to a halt

The NCAA did not give out the death penalty on Monday but the sanctions the association levied will be a slow and painful death to the Penn State football program that was held in such high regard just a year ago around this time. From the largest field ever selected, the coaches at the Elite 11 narrowed the list among the country's top quarterbacks from 25 to 11 to finally, just one.
