Ohio State adds Joey Bosa, Lewis Neal to stellar recruiting class

Ohio State hosted several recruits for their spring game over the weekend and many expected the efforts of Urban Meyer and staff to pay off in the form of several commitments. With Wyomissing (Pa.) linebacker Alex Anzalone already in the fold, the Buckeyes added pledges from Fort Lauderdale (Fla.) defensive end Joey Bosa and Wilson (N.C.) defensive end Lewis Neal.

"Thank you to everyone who had an interest in me ... I can't even say how thankful I am but Ohio State is just the place for me #gobucks," Bosa tweeted.

The 6-foot-5, 260-pound Bosa checks in at No. 67 overall in the class of 2013 according to MaxPreps. He held offers from Alabama, Florida, Michigan and plenty of others.

Neal is a tad smaller than Bosa at 6-foot-2, 225-pounds but also held an impressive offer list that included Clemson, South Carolina and Tennessee. Both players visited Columbus over the weekend for the spring game and left without a doubt that it was the place for them.

The pair gives Ohio State 13 commitments for the class of 2013, with Bosa and Neal becoming the program's fourth and fifth players in the front seven for next year.
