Wide receiver Paul Harris picks Tennessee

Upper Marlboro (Md.) wide receiver Paul Harris was close to a decision at The Opening earlier in the month and finally reached one on Tuesday, committing to Tennessee and becoming the latest Vol for 2013.

"I will be attending University Tennessee !!! #Vol4Life Baby," Harris tweeted.

The 6-foot-3, 190-pounder held offers from programs across the country but was down to Tennessee and USC in the end. He recently took visits to both schools and although he had some concerns with the Vols staff on shaky ground, was won over by the school itself.

"I loved it down there; I could really see myself playing there," he told CBSSports.com. "I think I can be a part of what they have down there. They say you're a Vol for life, and that sounds good to me. That's why they're still up there."

Harris becomes the 14th commitment overall for the Vols' class of 2013 and third wide receiver of the group.
