2014 Watch List movers and shakers

We're still a little more than three months from National Signing Day for the class of 2013, but that doesn't mean recruiting hasn't picked up for the class of 2014 as well.

Ten players on the MaxPreps 2014 Watch List have already made their college commitments, and things are picking up quite fast for some others on the list. Here's a quick update on some of the top juniors in the country.

Da'Shawn HandDEPossibly the No. 1 player in the class, Hand likely still has in-state power Virginia Tech at the top of his list. He recently started to take visits and might trip to North Carolina soon.
Jabrill PeppersDBWith offers from most of the top programs in the country, several coaches from Alabama to Michigan to Stanford are actively recruiting one of the top cover guys in the nation.
Leonard Fournette
RBPretty much already down to LSU and Alabama, Fournette has been tearing up HS competition and will likely be in Baton Rouge to see the two programs play in their showdown on Nov. 3.
Quin Blanding
SAnother talented Virginian, Blanding most recently visited North Carolina and just got in contact with USC.
Sony Michel
RBOne of the top backs in the state regardless of class when healthy, Michel has visited Miami, Florida State and Georgia the past two months.
Ed Paris
DBOne of the top DB's in the state of Texas, LSU is considered the favorite to land him but Texas A&M and Oklahoma are making a strong push.
Raekwon McMillan
LBOne of the more impressive linebackers in the class, McMillan named Ohio State his leader but Georgia, Clemson and South Carolina remain in the hunt.
Tony Brown
CBIt's shaping up to be another Alabama-LSU battle for the talented Texas corner.
Keller Chryst
QBProbably the top signal-caller on the West Coast once all is said and done, the nephew of Pitt coach Paul Chryst holds Stanford and USC offers and likely won't leave the state for college.
Tyler LuatuaTEOne of the more athletic players at the position, in-state power USC has only a slight leg up on Alabama in what is easily a two-horse race.
Malik McDowell
DLIn-state programs Michigan and Michigan State are under consideration but Notre Dame could be one to watch if he wants to leave home.
KC McDermott
OLThe Florida native's recruitment could go a number of different directions, but he'll visit Alabama for the Mississippi State game.
Kyle Allen
QBStill picking up offers, this West Coast quarterback will be drawing plenty of attention from Arizona, Arizona State and the rest of the Pac-12.
Will Grier
QBHe visited the Swamp for Florida's win over LSU, and the Gators are considered the favorite to land the talented signal-caller with North Carolina and Tennessee also making strong pushes.
Jalen Hurd
RBDon't expect him to leave SEC country with Alabama out ahead of Florida, Georgia and others.
