Kansas State to play Iowa State at Arrowhead

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) -Big 12 rivals Kansas State and Iowa State will play at Arrowhead Stadium, the home of the Kansas City Chiefs, in 2009 and 2010.

Chiefs president Carl Peterson, Kansas State athletic director Bob Krause and Iowa State athletic director Jamie Pollard made the announcement at a new conference Thursday.

The first meeting in 2009 is scheduled for Oct. 3 and the second is set for Oct. 9, 2010. Officials said each team is guaranteed almost at total of $2 million for the two games.
