Iowa RB Greene decides to enter NFL Draft

TAMPA, Fla. -- All-American running back Shonn Greene will skip his senior season at Iowa and enter the NFL Draft.

The Big Ten's most valuable player made the announcement Thursday after rushing for 121 yards and three touchdowns in the Hawkeyes' 31-10 victory over South Carolina in the Outback Bowl.

Greene set single-season records of 1,850 yards rushing and 20 touchdowns this season after sitting out 2007 because of academic problems. He won the Doak Walker Award as the nation's best running back.
