AUSTIN, Texas (AP) -The slide from No. 2 to No. 3 is sliding right off Texas coach Mack Brown's shoulders.
The Longhorns coach doesn't seem the least bit concerned that Texas dropped a spot in the latest Bowl Championship Series rankings. If the Longhorns (9-0) win the rest of their games, they shouldn't have any problem getting into the BCS title game.
Brown even joked about it Monday, saying he has tried to call the BCS computers but they haven't called him back and haven't accepted his invitation to a Longhorns game.
