Paralyzed Rutgers player LeGrand stands up for first time

Paralyzed Rutgers football player Eric LeGrand tweeted last week that he was starting to move his arms "little by little" and emphasized that he'd walk again.

Seven days later, he tweeted a photo of him standing for the first time during rehabilitation with the help of a machine, the strongest sign of progress seen since the 20-year-old was paralyzed from the neck down covering a kickoff in a game against Army on Oct. 16.

LeGrand said June 13 he began feeling twitches in his body. He is no longer in need of a ventilator and is eating solid foods.
