A discovery addendum from the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office was posted to the Centre County court website, and outlined critical details of the case against Jerry Sandusky that were ordered sealed in a previous hearing by Judge John Cleland.

According to Sara Ganim of the Harrisburg Patriot-News, the 30-page attachment contained names of alleged victims, witnesses, photos and details of the sexual abuse case that shouldn't have been released after Cleland had ordered no public disclosure of persons involved in the case, including accusers.

The prosecution in the case successfully had a motion approved to seal the document by Cleland, saying the document "inadvertently contains a number of names of individuals associated with the investigation of this matter."

The filing, per Ganim, included phone numbers, phone records, evidence collection photos, video, Second Mile records and an interview with Joe Paterno just before Sandusky's arrest.
