PLAYERS TO WATCH
RB Carnell Williams -- Of all the players who have played in the SEC, Williams is the first player ever to be chosen SEC Player of the Week three consecutive weeks. He barely even played in the third quarter, but he still rushed for 161 yards on 15 carries and a school-record six TDs against Mississippi State. He has now rushed for more than 150 yards in each of his past three games and ranks third in the SEC in rushing with 713 yards and 10 touchdowns on 138 carries.
QB Jason Campbell -- After a shaky start this season, Campbell has been solid over the past five games, completing 57 of 86 passes (66.3 percent) for 816 yards, with 5 TDs and 1 INT. The time is coming, though, when he might have to be more than solid. That time could come Saturday against LSU.
LB Karlos Dansby -- He's Auburn's best defensive playmaker, with a team-high 47 tackles, 26 solos, four sacks, four tackles for losses and a forced fumble this season.
Auburn escaped the Mississippi State game without any new injuries and won without using two key players. RB Ronnie Brown (hamstring) and starting OT Marcus McNeill (back) used the game to rest up and heal, and now both are expected to play against LSU.
