Cornhuskers report: Notes, quotes
--Senior NT Ndamukong Suh had his fourth career interception, extending his Nebraska record for a defensive lineman, and collected his 15th career sack, moving with within a half sack of Nebraska's career top 10.
--WR Niles Paul had a career high with six receptions for 102 yards, and tied his career high with two touchdowns.
--Nebraska has held each of its first five opponents to 20 or fewer points, the first time that's happened since 2003 -- the year Bo Pelini came to Lincoln for one season as defensive coordinator.

NT Ndamukong Suh -- The senior lineman was simply dominating. Suh deserves at least mention in the Heisman Trophy race, even if the position he plays will prevent him from getting serious attention. Suh sacked Blaine Gabbert and caused a fumble early in the game and intercepted Gabbert to spark Nebraska's furious rally,
KEEP AN EYE ON
DB Dejon Gomes -- The junior college transfer played sparingly in Nebraska's first four games but replaced walk-on Lance Thorell as the dime back against Missouri and was impressive. Gomes intercepted Blaine Gabbert and returned the ball 40 yards to set up a touchdown, and he batted away a Gabbert third-and-20 pass late in the game. Coaches said Gomes earned his playing time by practicing well.
