PROJECTED OFFENSIVE STARS
RB Thomas Lott -- Came on strong toward the end of his sophomore season when he rushed for 714 yards on just 98 attempts (7.3 avg.). Should contend for all-conference honors as a junior.

P Jared Scruggs -- Head coach Ken Hatfield raves about what "an offensive weapon" Scruggs is. The All-America candidate averaged 45.9 yards on 51 punts last season and had a big spring.

PROJECTED DEFENSIVE STARS
DB Terry Holley -- Had a team-high 89 tackles and three sacks last year.

DE John Syptak -- Converted linebacker had 10.5 tackles for loss as a sophomore to go along with 79 tackles and a team-high four sacks. He is on the preseason watch list for the Bronko Nagurski Award, given to the nation's best defender.
